That’s one of the fastest 180s in recent anime history, excepting of course Mai-Otome and maybe Strawberry Panic. Strawberry Panic simply had potential before it nose dived in a flaming vaginal mess. I think there was supposed to be a metaphor there but it was garbled in transmission.
And of course nothing can quite top father-daughter incest and baby-themed lesbian rape/sex. Shows should really stop trying. You’ll never out-plummet Mai-Otome.
